Local Orders (South Africa only)

Jade Rabbit Design pieces are hand-made to order, please allow up to 10 working days for manufacturing and processing before shipping.

(Orders are not processed on Saturdays & Sundays or on public holidays).

Custom and wholesale orders may require more time.

Manufacturing will only commence once full payment has been received, unless a prior agreement has been made.

JRD items are shipped throughout South Africa using a reliable courier service.

A standard courier rate of R120 is charged per order for main city areas (Cape Town, JHB, Durban) and R180 is charged for all other areas in South Africa. 

You will receive a notification and tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

It can take up to 2-5 working days for delivery. (This excludes South African public holidays).

Please ensure you have filled in the correct physical address. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.

If you are based in Cape Town, you may choose collect your order from our store in Woodstock at The Woodstock Exchange during our pick up times below.

Monday -  Thursday 9:30am to 3:30pm Friday 9:30am to 2:30pm.

International Orders

Our international courier rate is R350 per order with Fedex delivering to your door.

International shipping can take between 5-7 working days once your order has left our workshop. 

Once your order has been dispatched we will contact you with a tracking number - Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier to update their records before you begin to track your order.

You, the buyer, are responsible for any additional duties and/or customs fees that may be incurred by your country.
